Well despite promises that they would NEVER let us down again, they have let us down.

I can only apologise to you all and I will be having a few harsh words about this.  It really is not acceptable.

I have received an apology to you all from the main rep.  He has now supplied me with his telephone number and should the problem arise again (which I'm hopeful that it won't), I can contact him via telephone.

This should therefore not happen again.
