It's definitely a "NO USA" I'm afraid. 

It's a big shame you can't play there.  The site itself needs a revamp imho but the cutnshuffle is pretty good.  You actually get to cut the cards when it's your deal.

Hopefully, the USA regs will be relaxed soon and everyone will be able to play there.

WOW, Now this is getting interesting!! I'm actually not from the bronx, I'm in CA, also. The reason I say I'm from the bronx, well maybe your old enough to remember, rico rizzo, was a character played by Dustin Hoffman, in the movie, Midnight Cowboy. This is how his character introduced himself, in the movie, (rico rizzo, from the bronx).
Anyway, back to realdeal poker. Now I'm having trouble with myself, contacting realdeal again, and possibly jeopordizeing your play, MS. I'm not sure there even giving out the $5.00, anymore. When Amy told me no yesterday, I thought there was no use in asking about that $5.00.
BLUEDAY, could you interviene here. A suggestion, and thats all it is, is a suggestion, maybe it's time for a Mod., to get on the tele. with realdeal, explain our, or my dilema, and see if we can get a response, that suits everyone. Meaning not to jeopordize MS's play.
My mind is made up, I can't justify contacting realdeal, untill I here back from you, BLUE. Hope I'm not putting you on the spot, blue. thanks, rico

Hey Rico (not from the Bronx),

First off - sadly, this 5 free was only for the weekend and is not available any more which doesn't mean that it will never be available again but it is no longer available at this moment in time.

They are clearly saying No Usa from the chat you had with them but on the other hand, Mary Sue managed to register which tells me their system perhaps doesn't know how to exclude USA players??  What do you think?  I don't think you will jeopardise MS because she is already playing and has already had her free money.  However, that said, I will contact them and have a word about whether US are allowed or not etc. etc.

I'll post back here when I have some more info.  No you've not put me on the spot either.  I'm happy to try and help if I can.

Hi Rico,

I just spoke to live chat.  The person (gender unknown) said that US players can play with the play money only.  The live chat person also said that it could be that whoever registered must have done so outside of the US even though they lived in the US (meaning they registered whilst they were out of the US). 

So the answer is play money only.

blue, oh yes, it's classic Hoffman, at his best. Both Jon Voight, and Hoffman we're nominated for academy awards that year, (1969). John Wayne won it, for his role in True Grit. John Wayne's award was long over due. Which I believe was the proper thing to do, John Wayne and everyone else new, he was a short timer, with cancer. He had just had a lung removed, and the other lung had the darn cancer too.
I'm getting way off the current issue, with realdeal, but last little foot-note, on the matter, I believe, (personally) that the movie, El Dorado, was John Wayne's best effort, and he had many many excellent efforts. Wow, I'm sure giving my age away..........lolol
