it's straight becos i got mad forum posting skillz! 

jk I used the "Insert Table" markup (when you reply to a message it's the 6th icon on the left on the second row).  To do it quickly I just use a simple formula in the excel spreadsheet we get to add the proper markup around the data and then paste it on the forum.
