I've just found a document listing all the sites that have been seized by the Dept of Justice and they are as follows:

Bookmaker.com
2Betsdi.com
Funtimebingo.com
Goldenarchcasino.com
Truepoker.com
Betmaker.com
Betgrandesports.com
Doylesroom.com
Betehorse.com
Beted.com

You can view the document (pdf) here

I'm sure these won't be the last of them either.  Things are not good - I'm so sorry.

The thing I really don't understand is where the govt gets off shutting down these sites. They broke the law in 1 country. Where does it say in international law that you can then prevent them from doing business in the rest of the world??

I agree Orren.   I don't understand what law says that they can stop me or anyone else non USA from entering these sites.

I think it's about time someone like the European Commission stepped up to the plate and argued the toss with them.

That would seem to appropriate of an action Blue it would appear that the mighty Adminstrative Branch of the USA feels it is absolutely above international law.

I wonder how Doyle knew because he just left Doylesroom?  I think he had a tip-off from the FBI or some such organisation.

I have to say that I thought it was a bit strange at the time but it never occurred that it was leading up to this.

Yeah I guess so Tim.  I'm guessing he pays a lot of taxes.

The Good Old Boy system is certainly still in effect.  My taxes have nothing to do with the level of my voice of representation.  Around here, there are so many loopholes for the rich, I doubt they proportionally pay as much taxes as the regular folks.  So much just wrong with the way things are.

My view is that they warned him and that's why he walked away from Doylesroom.  I can't think of any other reason why they would warn him (other, of course, than the fact that he is loved by so many).

So very wrong Chilly.

I just got an email from 2betdsi:

As you already may know, BetDSI has temporarily lost rights to the 2BetDSI.com domain. We are confident that in time, it will be returned to us, until then, we have launched a new, temporary site. http://www.betdsi.com/

Despite having lost the domain, none of the business operations have otherwise been affected. Player account balances and information are safe and secure. Effective immediately, players can log on to http://www.betdsi.com/ and it is business as usual.

You likely won't notice any other changes at all and will experience all the same features and benefits as our original site, just on a new address.

In addition to our alternative website as we have informed we also have the downloadable application which includes the full sportsbook , racebook, casino and poker. By downloading our client you will always have access to all our products.

We sincerely apologize if you were affected by our interruption. As always, if you have any questions or concerns please call our customer service department at             1-877-223-8374.

If indictments were handed down on April 26, then I dont understand why during the month of May I received multiple emails from Doyle's Room stating that it was a safe place to play while asking me to deposit there. I dont play poker on line. Go figure.

Quicktender took my money and Ill probably never see it. QT knew of the problems with their bank before my money was transmitted to QT and once it received my money, QT alleged it then sent my money to a frozen account(Huh??) How believable is that?

They should have notified CP that they could not accept my winnings or in the alternative, reversed the winnings back to CP. Instead QT chose to take my money. They stole my money as far as I am concerned. Unethical to say the least. And what about insurance? Dont any of these places have insurance to cover problems or situations that compromise players' money?

Now, I have to wait and see if I will get my other winnings from CP. Doesnt look good, either.
