About bluffing

Hi.
What can you advice me to do when somebody is blothing?
How to punish him?
And when and how  must I do  bluffing?

When somebody is bluffing for the first time you must believe him.
When he bluffes second time you must decide yourself what to do.
When he bluffes for the 3-rd time you must call him or even reraise with any good hand.
But the beuty of poker is that for this time he may have a good hand too and he will win.
But I think his bluff against you will stop.
