Hiya Poker Pals,

Here you are with AA against pocket 2's and feeling really confident when the board flops a 2 giving your opponent three of kind and another Ace is never to be found!

That is a bad beat and as a poker player we all know that nothing in cards is sure thing. Instead of wanting to throw your laptop across the room or cuss like a drunken sailor at the winner there is still some hope......

Some Poker sites offer Bad Beat Jackpots! Spare your lap top and save the bad language and liquor for something worth getting fired up about.........like losing internet connection while sitting pretty with the best hand!

Poker Players Only USA Ok!

Bad Beat Jackpots

On these Bad Beat tables they’ll take 50 cents from every pot and add it to the Bad Beat Jackpot. As soon as a player loses a hand holding Quad 7’s or better the jackpot will be won. Every active player at the table will immediately receive a portion of the prize money. The player holding the losing hand will receive the biggest percentage. Here’s how the Bad Beat Jackpot will be paid out:

35% to the player with the losing hand
17.5% to the player with the winning hand
17.5% to all other players dealt into the hand.
20% to reseeding the jackpot
10% to MergeGaming

If you know of any Bad Beat Jackpots please feel free to list them.

LinesMaker Poker - USA OK

You feel like screaming. You claw at your hair in agony. You’ve just lost a huge pot to a really bad suck out. You just took a really Bad Beat. Though instead of the agony and frustration…what if there was cash. Lots of cash. More cash than you could count. Play now at LinesMaker Poker for a chance at our Bad Beat Jackpot!

Well if you’re playing on the listed bad beat tables at LinesMaker Poker your worst bad beat may become the best hand you ever play with the massive Bad Beat Jackpot. In any Texas Hold’em game, you will be looking to maximise your value when you pick up Quads. The chance to go all-in is automatic, but what happens if your opponent is holding higher Quads, or even a Straight Flush?

These are the worst of the Bad Beats, though with the Bad Beat Jackpot, these hands could see you pocketing thick wads of cash.

The jackpot is seeded by taking 50 cents from every pot on the specially labelled ring game tables. As soon as a player has a monster hand cracked, the jackpot will be won, with every active player at the table receiving a portion of the prize money! The player with the losing hand will pick up the biggest percentage, so if you have Quad sevens or better using both hole cards, you should definitely hope to get beaten!

Bad Beat Jackpot requirements:
The losing hand must be at least a Four of a Kind 7′s
The winning hand must be at least a Four of a Kind 8′s
Both the winning and losing hands must include both hole cards.
At least four players must be dealt in at the start of the hand
The hand must have generated jackpot rake (ie. $0.50)
Two or more players must be active at the end of the hand, and it must go to showdown.
LinesMaker Poker does not tolerate collusion. All players must act independently and not reveal their hands to other players, nor tell them how to act. Failure to adhere to this requirement will result in automatic disqualification from the Bad Beat Jackpot.
Players sitting out at the Bad Beat Jackpot tables are not eligible for the Bad Beat Jackpot.
Should two qualifying jackpot hands hit at precisely the same time, the jackpot will be awarded to the hand that began first according to LinesMaker Poker’s server time. The second of the qualifying bad beat hands would be eligible for the reseeded Bad Beat Jackpot.
If there are two or more hands that qualify for the jackpot within one hand, then the two highest hands will be considered for the jackpot, with the highest hand being the winning hand and the second highest hand winning the bad beat.
