With heads up play, the cards you are dealt hold more value. An example would be an Ace with anything is always worth raising with but in normal tournament or sitngo play, you would likely be throwing away Ace with a low card such as 2 to 7 commonly known as Ace Rag. Take care though; your opponent could have a higher hand so keep the raises big enough to let them know you have a good hand .....read more

Blue, I am so pleased that you chose this subject for your blog. It is something I have been thinking about and wondering just how to take advantage of these small pairs. I have been the fish for sure on these hands in the past... not only over valuing them, but also under valuing them at times. I think it will improve my game overall to learn to handle these situations better using your tips!

It is very helpful information on bonuses... I never take them because I don't deposit much, but also because I can't really understand them.

One question I had from your example is... $5x20 games is $100, so am I right in thinking that you need to win a lot of the games to keep enough money coming in to keep playing the required games to reach the bonus?

You're absolutely right Katt. That is quite an extreme example I have given and I did actually start a thread on the rewards programmes.  Unfortunately due to lack of information on sites and lack of knowledge on the live help, I couldn't continue the list and I gave up.
