    Players must be 18 years of age to participate.

    The English Poker Open $5K Final guarantees at least one $5,000 USD prize package will be paid out.
    Players may not transfer, sell or award their Cake English Poker Open event prize package to anyone else.
    English Poker Open prize packages are a ‘must play’ and are non transferable and non redeemable for cash value.
    Cake Poker is responsible for tournament registration of winners in the English Poker Open Main Event, valued at $3,500 USD.
    Players are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
    Cake Poker agrees to pay $1,500 USD to the winner’s Cake Players Account.
    Winning players on CakePoker.eu agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Fox Poker Club and the English Poker Open.
    Players agree to wear Cake Poker Apparel during their English Poker Open poker table time, including any televised appearances, when applicable in the event.
    Cake Poker management decisions are final.
