Ever had a great "comeback" in poker?

I've been inspired to post this because of a comeback Soda told me about and hopefully he will post his fantastic story.

As a poker player, there are times when you just get really unlucky and lose most of your stack and you are left with just a few chips.

I recall a time when I had 76 chips left in a sitngo and there were still most of the players seated at the table.

Not only did I manage to double up a few times, I cameback and ended up winning the tournament.  To actually comeback from being so short stacked was an achievement in itself to me but to win was just the icing on the cake.

3/4 of the tournament had been played and i got hit hard leaving me with the shortest stack of only 15 chips..meanwhile players had stacks that were over 100000+. Believe it or not, not only did I make a comeback, I also became the chipleader at one moment after. My chip stack went from 15 to 22800. In the end I didn't win the tournament, nor did I make the final table. Nevertheless, receiving money for placing in 12th in this tournament was a victory for me, considering the odds had me placing in 50th or more.

That is just so incredible Soda - well done on an amazing comeback.  You should be proud and I know they say "pride before a fall" but I think it is an amazing achievement.
