I just tried to sign up wit them but everything i type...user name, email...ect gives me a red x and no explaination why....basically I can't sign up.

Is it possible the name you were trying to use has already been taken?  Did it happen on your email address too?  The only reason I can think of that would make it turn red, is if the nickname and email address were already in their database.

They do have a live help and I suggest try that when they are back online to check if either there is a problem or you have in fact already registered.
