On selected days throughout
Euro 2012 William Hill will be running Goal Fest tournaments. These run just like normal tournaments, except the more goals that are scored in that nights matches, the more the prizefund increases!
There will be a Goal Fest Multiplier applied to the prizefund as per the table below (based on the number of goals scored in the specified match).
0-1 GoalExact prize money is awarded at the end of the tournament
2-3 GoalsPrizefund is doubled - Prize money is awarded at the end of the tournament and then the same amount is issued to players accounts the following day.
4-5 GoalsPrizefund is trebled - Prize money is awarded at the end of the tournament, and then players accounts are issued with double their winnings the following day.
6+ GoalsPrizefund is quadrupled - Prize money is awarded at the end of the tournament, and then players accounts are issued with treble their winnings the following day.
So for example, if the results from the match on the night of the first Goal Fest Tournament on June 10th is as follows:
Ireland 2 - 2 Croatia
This would mean there have been a total of 4 goals scored, so the prizefund will therefore be trebled! Players will receive the extra cash in their accounts within 48 hours. See below for a full list of all Goal Fest tournaments.
Sunday, June 17th 6pm Denmark v Germany $1 + $1
Tuesday, June 19th 6pm England v Ukraine $1 + $1
Goal Fest Grand FinalOn top of this there will be a Goal Fest Grand Final held after the tournament has finished, on Friday July 6th. This will be a free tournament, but here's the kicker... For every goal scored in this summer's tournament
William Hill will add $20.12 to the pot! In order to qualify for FREE players must have played at least 3 previous Goal Fest Tournaments. It's likely that they will be adding over $1,500 to the pot so get involved! Once you have played three previous tournaments you will automatically be eligible!
77 Goal BonusAnd a crazy statistic they've stumbled upon... in the Euro 2004 finals there were 77 goals scored. In Euro 2008 there was again, 77 goals scored! If this happens again this summer they will double the added bonus for the Grand Final!
