How best analyze my hand history

I recently got all of my hand history from pokerstars. I was wondering what the best way to go about reviewing my hand history to find the holes in my game.

I've heard of pokertracker and other programs like this but will it be able to upload my hand history (my HH must be downloaded and unzipped and shows up on Notepad)

It is far too many pages to go over by myself so any advice would be great.

That is a hard question to answer. Can you not separate it into smaller "bite sized" pages and upload it that way?  How many pages are we talking about here?
