When you leave a table or complete a tournament, the House will move $0.07 of your Incremental Bonus to your real money balance for every one (1) Summit Point you earn.  Summit Points are earned at a rate of 1 per $1 collected in rake, including fractional points. (E.g. $0.50 rake awards 0.50 Summit Points)
