Sklansky Theory is a must for any Holdem i think. And on 2+2 boards there are plenty articles that are way more usefull than any book, just browse the stickies in MTT and SNG sections. Brunsons Super Systems are decent books as well. However he mostly points on offline games with higher than average buyin.
