Thanks blue, glad to be feeling well enough to spend a bit of time here.
As for number 4... I am still having a heck of a time with outs... I almost said 16 because you only have 2 cards left to be dealt, but here is what I did to come up with 32...
You are dealt 10/J Hearts and the flop is 8 Hearts, 9 Clubs, A Hearts.
So, I figured you have the 8,9,10,J toward a straight... so you have 4 7's and 4 Q's in the deck for 8 outs. Then you have the 8,10, J, A of hearts, toward a flush, leaving 9 other hearts in the deck for 9 outs. Then you could get a pair of any of the cards and there are 3 more of each of those for 15 outs, which makes 8+9+15=32 outs. And as I said I almost said 16 because you only have 2 cards left to go.
But, as I was typing that I see that you could also get a K and Q for a straight too... for 8 more outs making 40 outs and cut in half because of only 2 cards left that would be 20 outs! And now I am laughing too hard to go on!

....
Please tell me how I really should have figured this out exactly. You can see I need a lot of help here!
