Hiya Poker Players,

As a result of Black Friday thousands of poker players have had their funds frozen. A class action suit will be filed with a courtroom trial in New York against the Department of UNjustice to have their funds reimbursed.

The deadline to file your class action suit is drawing to a close with just a few more days left.

This is what i call fighting city hall. Do you think poker players will have a fighting chance?

I hope they do Lips.  I don't have huge amounts tied up there but it's my money and I should get it back.  I'm sure those that have hundreds or thousands in there are really angry about it all and just want the opportunity to get what is rightfully theirs.

I think it is a great opportunity and they have every rights to do so.
Sometimes I just don't get why we have to go this far to get what is rightfully ours...
Hopefully we can find the clear and satisfactory answer.

I agree Nan.

I wonder how many millions of dollars were slushing around in players accounts in total.  You would think they would not be allowed to spend/touch/use players money as technically it's not theirs to use.

We still don't now when the hearing will be but I hope they give us a chance to get our money back.
