PokerStars Poker League for Women

The Women’s Poker League (WPL) at PokerStars lets female players compete against other poker playing women across the globe for a fun and exciting poker experience. There are three levels of competition, with buy-ins of $0.10, $1.10 and $5.50, and great prizes to be won. All female players can participate, and league tourneys are offered every day, including freerolls.

Women’s Poker League – How to Play

The WPL can be found in the lobby of the PokerStars game software. Go to ‘Tourney’ > ‘All’, or type ‘Women’ into the Tourney Filter to access the tournaments. You can enter one tournament a day in each league division.



Tournament Schedule

Tournaments run every day and the WPL has three divisions, with buy-ins of $0.10, $1.10 and $5.50, and three tourneys per day for each division. Each tournament awards league points, plus there are cash prizes and Grand Final tickets to be won.

Daily Freerolls

You can also win WPL tourney entries through freerolls running every day, which start at 02:30 ET, 10:30 ET and 17:30 ET, and give away 40 x $0.10 league seats. This is your opportunity to experience the Women’s Poker League completely for free!

Grand Final

The highest-placed players in the Women’s Poker League every month will be invited to play a $10,000 Women’s Poker League Grand Final freeroll, set to take place January, 2013. The top 10 players in the $5.50 league, top 5 players in the $1.10 league and the highest ranking player in the $0.10 league every month will win their seat to this special freeroll. What’s more, any player who wins more than one ticket will be credited with a $55 Women’s Sunday ticket.
