This post, is long, but very worth reading, i hope!!!
Is Everest Poker good?  In a word "no" - not the awful SFX, but the customer service bothers me.  This whole email is a good read, please get to the end, i can help u! promise!
It features in David Guetta's new dance video feat. Fergie, i dont know how much Jerry and the team of monkeys paid to be put on there, but they dont seem to like paying out peoples withdrawals 100%.

I made a withdrawal to an expired card, which should have been returned back into my everest online poker account, but it wasnt, after a few emails, and after contacting my bank a few times, i get this back:

 Dear FoRbY,

Thank you for your reply with some of the information requested to trace
your missing funds.

While it's true that we do have some of your
banking details already such as your Visa account number, the purpose of
asking you to provide us the details related to the inquiry about the
whereabouts of your funds is to ensure we receive precise information so
that our Payments Manager can draft a letter and contact the right
person at your bank, essentially forcing them to provide us the
information we are seeking and locate the funds in question.

Therefore below you will find the details I gathered from your last
reply. I have indicated which details we can accept by indicating my
comment "OK" in brackets were applicable and otherwise an indication of
what is still needed. While it will take a bit of effort on your part
to collect the information and contact details we seek, think of it as
Everest Poker + Forby working together to make sure your bank tells us
what we need to know.

1. Bank name: My bank is Llyods TSB (OK)

2. The branch: Castlegate, Newark in Nottinghamshire,England, UK. (OK)

3. Bank address: LLOYDS TSB BANK PLC. ,37 CASTLE GATE NG24 1BD NEWARK,
NOTTINGHAMSHIRE , Great Britain (Do they have a postal code?)

4. Contact person?s name: Random phone answerers name, could be Dave,
but maybe it isnt, let me see. The persons name was Lindsey Griffiths
(Can you please clarify who you spoke to exactly, or if needed, contact
your bank again and tell them you need a specific name?)

5. Contact person?s phone number: im not going to lie and say "I spoke
to Dave from 08453000000" btw the 08453000000 is a customer direct
number which asks for your details etc. i will also check online, 0845
072 3333 or 01636 702231 (Sorry, but we need a specific number for
one single contact person, we cannot be calling all the numbers listed.)

6. Fax number: My local Bank (+44, UK numbers) dont know what this is
Gadget, could it be a fax code? GEO: 53.076654, -0.812722 ... (The
information provided appears to be some sort of Geo-location
coordinates. A facsimile, i.e. fax number is just like a telephone
number, so please ask the contact person for the correct one).

7. Contact email address: Their email address is guessable, its actually
llyodstsb.com. (Please call/visit your bank and provide us with a
specific person's contact email address, not the general web site)

So, to move forward with this funds tracing inquiry, we ask you to
please double check the above information, paying attention to my
comments in brackets.  Don't let yourself be pushed around by your bank
Forby, I have confidence in you.  You can feel free to tell them that
the merchant who duly processed your $80.00 withdrawal in May is
planning to contact them officially due to the fact that they do not
seem to be providing you with sufficient information on the whereabouts
of your funds.

Should you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to
reply to this message.

Kind regards,

Jerry
Customer Care Team

ME AGAIN: they shouldnt need any bit of info to trace a transaction (my bank says not themselves), if it was them that made it, but check out dodgy monkeys saying "Don't let yourself be pushed around by your bank Forby, I have confidence in you." - what a Judas!  Has anyone else ever had trouble cashing out? or is it - wrong details, expired card? unlucky! your money has been lost, please try again, your balance is 0.00.
Sorry if this was long, but hes some advice u need!  In my experience of playing online poker every day since 2002, i have witnessed the following:
1.  An ever diminishing freeroll prize fund at most sites.  Riverbelle (Purple Lounge, Doyles Room, Crazy Poker, Stans Poker etc etc/ shared software) network used to have a $1000 freeroll at 6pm every night, its now $50.....wow!
2. A $5million fine for fixing issued to Absolute Poker in 2005
3. Loads of new sites, but with zero members online and dodgy graphics.....who's gonna deposit there?
4. Bonuses seeming to good to be true, and then my bankroll collapsing when nearing waging requirements, just how often does this happen whether it be casino or poker...i think someones in trouble
5. Found 3 sites i hate more than any other, Everest Poker, Paddy Power, Skybet in the last 8 years.....if u win money at poker, cash out and start collecting again... (u obviously only play where they swear on oath its not rigged and where millions trust them) dont play sidegames, the roulette isnt random and the slots are only good for new players so the pay the site a wage once they're hooked.  win big, dont return! or better still, dont bother playing any supposedly random game, where u cant see that it is!!!  erm, online poker is fun tho, i hope all those guys make it to heaven.....well, i wont be going anywhere else despite hating some folk, hope they dont make a big deal of it, they did earn it!! lol, gla, i mean that!!

Hey Forby,

Nice to see you back on the forum albeit unhappy.

These funds must be somewhere and you say the site have sent them and they have been accepted....somewhere?

This really is down to your bank.  Accepting money on a dead card is wrong.  It should have been pushed back to the poker site.

So what have your bank actually said about the funds going onto your dead card?  They must be holding the money in some sort of holding or slush account.  It will be there somewhere, you just have to find the transaction.  Do you have the transaction ID from the poker site and have you given that info to the bank?

I'm guessing you've done all this and to be honest, your bank are at fault here not the poker site.

Tell me what your bank said.

5 months ago i made a withdrawal of $80, but put in the wrong card.
it didnt hit my bank, and wasnt returned to my account.  i have so
much hate for them right now.  ive been told "keep patient" we are
"looking in to it."  The dont ever contact me, only reply within 24hrs
after a latest inquiry.  Added to this, the minimum deposit is $5 but
the minimum withdrawal is $50, 4 of a kind happens regularly, bad beats
occur for 20 mins solid from time to time, and the graphics and sfx are
rubbish.  i cant believe its as busy as it is, maybe it isnt and there are
as many house seats as players?  What a fix, and what a shit company
who cant even seem to pay out.  on another site i made the same card
error and it was back on my online account within 48hrs, here 5 months
to never??  i hate everest, i'll not be playing there again in a hurry!!  Kiss
