just wanted to warn everyone about doylesroom....they have locked my account after i recieved a bonus from them....their customer service will not respond to me and no one can help when i call...all i get from them is that they will get back to me....it's been 2 weeks now and my account is still locked and i have not recieved an email or phone call............this has got to be the worst site i have ever seen!!!!!

well i dont play at doylesroom but some poker rooms has been locked my Accounts because my specially I.P adress  but well i send my documents and talk to support and two weeks later my accounts appers open! maybe u need send mails and mails and more mails someone will contact to you in anytime.

thanks, but i already sent them my log in name, password address d-o-b and faxed them a copy of my drivers liciense and utility bill, which was everything they asked for, and still can't get a response from them!!

That doesnt sound good at all. How much was the bonus if you dont mind me asking? Was it a huge amount?

here's the sad thing....it was only for $50...and when i spoke with online chat, i was told to send all that stuff i mentioned above in so they could verify my account...i was told that my account was locked because gambling in my state was not permitted [ which in the state of va. it was] anyways never herd back from them in 2 weeks

I requested a payout from Doyles Room and had no problem....they sent me a check...no I.D. required. I did however have a problem at Tiger Gaming and never did get it resolved...they ignored me for months...and got very rude. Hope all works out for you.
