How to work your way up the levels:

Register to Step 1 and win a token for the next level
The buy-in for level 1 is just $0.15 + $0.01

As of Step 2, use your token to register for other tournaments
Use the token that you won to move up to the next level or to sign up for another tournament on the netwrork with an equivalent by-in!
