I figure it is worth adding to this topic that iPoker has split into two seperate networks now, commonly referred to as iPoker1 and iPoker2 - apparently some of the big names such as paddy power were unhappy that their marketing budget was adding players to the pool of other, much smaller sites.

Right now the iPoker2 network includes Betfred, Poker770, Titan Poker, WillHill, Bet365, PaddyPower, Winner, Coral, Ladbrokes and Betfair - if your playing on an iPoker skin other than these, I would try and find out which part of the split it is on, as there is far less action - and apparently, much tougher players - on the other iPoker 1 network.

Can anyone explain me why seveal poker rooms use same network? Do they have same owner or what? Since I get frustrated sometimes when there are two great tournaments at about same time on platforms that are using same network...

It's similar to casinos eg Microgaming.  Same software provider so same games, same tourneys.  There are few if any independent poker sites unfortunately (I can't think of any off the top of my head).

Yea, those tournaments are same in most of the cases, same amount of cash and same player limit. I think that pokerstars is independent, cant recall anyone else at the moment. Thanks for your answer.

Pokerstars is independent, Full Tilt also.

Else, I think Unibet is too, but dont trust me for sure..

Ye i guess because of big battle for the players, its easier for rooms to use made network, than to make their own..

Partypoker had their own network also, but they merged with Bwin..

I'd check on Unbit. They are by the way the official sponsor of UFC.

Hi Poker Players,

Here is a list of LPB's Poker sites that share the same network. All sites that are within the network are actually pooled together when playing. Although one player may be playing at one site and another player is playing at a different site, your actually playing together under the same network and at the same tables.

Winning Poker Network

True Poker
Americas Cardroom
Blackchip Poker

If I may I might add this WPN Network list, YAPoker poker site, I have an account there, and I think very nice, the software used is the same as Americas Cardroom and Black Chip Poker. :)

Thank you for this post. It is very helpful to know witch poker sites are allowed to play together and whitch is not. Personaly I play normally 2-3 poker sites together hoping to win something big.  :D
Many tournaments are the same I some similar poker sites like triobet, betsafe, unibet.

I see there has been no post lately inhere, but I have urge to suggest something to all hold'em players in LCB community. For players who started playing in a year or two, go on and start playing new player tournaments at microgaming platforms. I've played it during last year and managed to collect around 3000$ from just new players freerolls and tournaments. Ofcourse, as their policy is one household - one account you either need new PC that you never played poker on or just shut down your prevous accounts (you will need to contact their live supports for that) and reopen new ones. A lot of fishes inthere, easy tournaments. If you are any good you should get into top20 each tournament you play. Just play passive, wait your cards. Fishes call and allin with any pair they got.
