Various Payment Options

I would like to know about various payment options avaliable for a US player.
Is this true that US banks cannot be used for transactions but third party processors are available like Moneybookers, Neteller , credit cards(not Paypal I believe). So they(third) party would deduct some part from our transactions.

Also, Is the method and criteria for deposits and withdraws vary, like there are certain terms  and conditions, you cannot withdraw easily but deposit with ease.
