by turning off the feature they are admitting that something indeed is wrong with their software, but i guess they cant afford to say it out loud. They should be grateful to you for spotting the glitch , and even reward you with some bonus or something IMHO. Instead they accused you for fraudulent behaviour which is ridicules. Poor practice IMO

My thoughts exactly. Its totally underhanded what they have done and yes - a nice little gift would have been nice.

They now have 2 weeks to do something about this problem that they are covering up - I received an email from the regulatory authority.
Will post further news as and whe it arrives.
