A player can buy-in at any Level (qualifier or online final), for Cash/Token/Tourney Money
Players have the option to purchase a direct buy-in to the event by contacting PokerKing.com support staff. All players must have a verified PokerKing.com account.
Players winning a qualifier will advance automatically into next stage (target) tournament where the registration is open.
Winning players have the option to be removed from the target qualifier by contacting support and providing the time and date of the replacement qualifier they wish to play with the same buy-in amount only.
Player’s replacement qualifier must be played within 72 hours following the original target qualifier start time unless only when weekly and/or monthly qualifier are on offer.
Where only Weekly and/or Monthly qualifiers are available, player will be enrolled into the next tournament available with the same buy-in amount.
It is the winning players’ sole responsibility to check the target tournament they have won entry to, players missing their target tournaments will not be reimbursed.
Player can win up to two packages to WSP Super Cruise; a third package will be forfeited.
The $4,500 package will include: Inside cabin for one, $1,000 in travel funds to be credited to the winning players PokerKing account, and $1,650 for the Main Event buy-in onboard the cruise.
The Private Inside cabin is booked for one person, winning players wishing to bring an additional guest will be requested to cover the taxes and dock fees for the additional guest for a total of $200.
Package winners will be provided the contact details of the travel agency the WPS & PokerKing have contracted so they can assist with flights and/or upgrade the room type at the winner’s cost.
Package Winners will have the option to surrender for a value of 50% of the package value. Surrender amount will deposited into Winners PokerKing player account.
Packages won will be redeemable during 2012 only for any WPS/CPT Event, packages not redeemed by December 31st 2012 will be considered as forfeited by the player.
Winners will be responsible for arranging their own travel to and from Florida and to and from the airport/dock.
PokerKing.com reserves the right to buy Packages from players who have won a final package and/or refund players who bought in directly. PokerKing.com will pay back the full value of the package to the players PokerKIng player account.
Players bear the sole responsibility to ensure that all travel documents i.e: Passport and
Visa (if required), are valid and in order as well as to obtain any required travel and medical insurance.
By playing the WPS Super Cruise, Qualifier/Online Final or live event, players agree that their full names, Nicknames and pictures can be used by PokerKIng for marketing and advertising purposes.
By playing the WPS Super Cruise qualifiers or Online Final, players agree that should they win a Package, they are required to wear PokerKing.com branded merchandise (hats and/ Tshirts) provided by PokerKing.com only and will wear PokerKing apparel and comply to the instructions of the management team.
Package winner of a seat to WPS Super Cruise online qualifiers and/or Final tournament cannot sell/transfer or in any way trade the package to another individual.
Once registration closes, the prizes for the respected tournament will be displayed in the tournament lobby.
PokerKing.com management reserves the right to deny access/entry to WPS Super Cruise, Qualifiers/Online Final/Live event, and/or remove a player or disqualify a player at any time. The decisions taken by PokerKing management team in this regard are final.
PokerKing.com management reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions and/or structure of the WPS Super Cruise, qualifiers and/or Online Final Tournaments, and the live event at its sole discretion. Decisions taken PokerKing management team in this regard are final.
Players attending the event and their guests hereby agree that PokerKing.com shall in no way be liable for any additional expense(s), losses, damages and/or injuries incurred as a direct or indirect result of accepting the Package and attending the WPS Super Cruise live event.
