Two poker sites that do not have the usual "RNG" is www.truepoker.com and www.realdealpoker.com.
At True Poker, it is actually just like a home game. Your cards are rubbish and there are no 2 x two suits on the table or the usual hands that can mean that 3 or 4 players are chasing a straight, flush, straight flush or full house. The only problem with this site is that is not frequented by too many players which is a big shame which means the chances of getting a game are remote. The cheapest sitngos are $3 plus 30c buy in and there just aren't enough people on the site to get a game.
At Real Deal Poker, the card cutting prior to every deal is pretty awesome and apparently these are real decks of cards manipulated by machinery rather than the relying solely on the codings of a computer whiz. The downside to this site is that it is still in beta testing and nobody is playing there. How can a site be beta tested if nobody is around?
All in all 2 sites out of so many offering a different RNG is pretty poor. One day soon, I hope these big sites will sort their act out as I know many poker players who have given up the game because of the bad RNG's/bad beats/poor players "using" the RNG to its fullest extent.
Just my 2 cents.
