The million dollar, multi-table high-stakes poker challenge over 50 000 hands initiated by Tom 'durrr' Dwan edged a little closer to completion last night as Patrik Antonius and Dwan clashed in a further 803 hands which saw Dwan wrest the lead from his opponent to come out ahead in the overall competition so far by $78 062.
The two poker aces have now played 18 sessions over a total of 34 hours and 20 minutes.
Average pot size was $4 124 in the latest almost three hour confrontation between the two talented players, reports MarketPulse, an independent stats site that has been following the challenge.
Dwan took $155 000 in the largest hand of the night after hitting a back-door flush.
$64 269 981 in total has been wagered by the duo in their epic confrontations so far. otal money wagered in the challenge, with 10 983 hands played or 21.96 percent of 50 000 required to complete this online poker marathon.
