Hachem Takes Down First ANZPT Perth

A$132 750 first prize reward for Aussie pro Tony Hachem, brother of former WSOP champion Joe, has once again showed that the talent runs in the family by taking down the first run in Perth of the Australia and New Zealand Poker Tour Perth main event. Battling his way through a field of 221 entrants, Hachem took the main prize of A$132 370, capping his recent impressive run of cashing in four of five events last season. "I am so over the moon," he said. "Winning this means so much to me. I have come so close it is fantastic to finally have a title to my name."
