Another Closure for Bigbet Poker?

Shut down scheduled for January 31 Despite the fact that the domain got a second chance on the Merge network, it appears that gloomy days have prevailed for Bigbet Poker.com, which has just announced that it will shut down operations once again. Previously, in Feb. 2003 the domain was a part of a company which similarly shut the shop, and even left some unhappy players behind. The brand was re-launched on Merge network in March 2009, but things seem to have gone wrong somewhere, as last week players started receiving calls advising them that a closure was imminent, and that as from January 3 no new players would be accepted. In addition, an unnamed manager of the site stated that "As of today, Monday, January 3rd, we are no longer accepting new signups or deposits from players. "Existing players will still be able to access their account through the client and either play out current balances or request a withdrawal. "The final date players will be able to request a withdrawal will be Friday, January 31st, 2011."
