Update: PokerStars Denies Withdrawal from Aussie Market
Allegations are untrue, claims the manager
The much anticipated response from PokerStars to the allegations that it is planning to exit the Australian market finally happened on June 13, as a PokerStars manager posted the following comment on a big poker forum:
"The rumor that PokerStars has decided to block Australian players on August 1 is not true.
“If the company decides to block players in Australia or in any other country it will notify players accordingly."
