A final table has been reached in the Asia Pacific Poker Tour V's first stop in Melbourne, Australia, as nine survivors, led by New Zealander Phil Willcocks (28), fought their way to the top and keep battling for the main prize of A$330,000.

On Monday, the play continued with the first elimination, that of Julius Colman, who took a ninth placing payday of A$27,000. At that time, the chip lead went to Steve Bouya, who was on 1.7 million, followed by, William Jones (1.4 million); Phillip Willcocks (1,2 million) and Leo Boxell (1,1 million).
