Update: Hearing on Full Tilt's License Suspension Scheduled

London's Park Plaza Victoria Hotel to host the public enquiry A confirmation arrived from the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) this week that the hearing on the suspension of Full Tilt Poker's license will be held at London's Park Plaza Victoria Hotel at 10am on July 26. The commission Executive Director André Wilsenach stated this week: “AGCC's choice to hold a public hearing into the future of Full Tilt Poker demonstrates our willingness to act transparently and we will welcome members of the public and the media. As ever, and at all times, our primary concern is the protection of the player.” Full Tilt's license was suspended in June 2011, after the AGCC considered indictments by the US Department of Justice against individuals associated with the company, and after FTP's “subsequent failure to satisfy AGCC that its activities inside and outside the US were in order.”
