Gary Loveman, CEO of Caesars Entertainment has been in the media limelight as a advocate for online gambling. In the second quarter a total of $821,000 was spent lobbying the clerk of Congress with a 23 percent spending among parties interested to legalize Internet gambling. Major contributors like Poker Stars and Full Tilt Poker dropping considerable after Black Friday with a decrease of $326,000 in comparison to the first quarter. France's Beltclic Everest Group took up interest in the US lobbying in the likelihood of the strong possibility of online poker becoming legal, spending $50,000. Democratic Congressman from Nevada and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, told one of it's staffers that online poker will be legal and good for the state of Nevada.
