New Developments in Full Tilt Poker?

Sep 06, 2011
Attorneys intend to drop Team Full Tilt case New reports have arrived regarding the situation in the Full Tilt Poker case, this time reporting the statement of attorneys of record David Deitch and Jeff Ifrah, who have made application to withdraw as legal representatives from the class action lawsuit involving Team Full Tilt players. Up to this point, the two lawyers have represented eight defendants from the team. The reason behind this move, according to the two attorneys, is the fact that continued representation would create "...unreasonable difficulty for us to carry out our employment effectively and would result in an unreasonable financial burden to our law firm." However, the strangest thing may be that Ifrah will not drop representing Full Tilt Poker as a company, or its chief executive Ray Bitar.
