Update: More Info on Duhamel’s Burglary Troubles
Perpetrators steal WSOP bracelet and other valuables After his ordeal with the burglary of his Montreal home, in which World Series of Poker champion Jonathan Duhamel was tied up, threatened with death and beaten by the robbers, more news came about the issue, revealed by the poker ace himself. Namely, Duhamel issued a statement, claiming that, among other things, the burglars stole his 2010 WSOP main event winner's bracelet, several Euro 500 bank notes and a black Rolex Submariner watch. He also added that the ordeal made him "exhausted both physically and mentally," and that he needs to spend some time with his family to recover over the festive season. He also added: "I would humbly appreciate that those who might have information about one or the other of these items or individuals who committed the assault take the time to contact police at (450) 463-7211. All information will be treated anonymously."
