Epic Poker League Up for Sale?

Pinnacle Entertainment reportedly considers acquisition A number of media issued a report this week that the recently established Epic Poker League could be up for sale. They specified that the professional poker body is having financial issues and is pursuing acquisition talks with Pinnacle Enterainment. Apparently, the company could strike a deal in the next two months; there are also rumors that members of Pinnacle management have past associations with the League's top officials and common backgrounds involving the World Series of Poker. According to other sources, a scheduled Epic tournament may have been postponed due to the future changes in progress. Still, no confirmation of any of the aforementioned rumors has arrived so far from either Pinnacle or Epic, as the first did not respond to enquiries, and Annie Duke at Epic declined to comment.
