Gambling giant sues another six domain usurpers
It has been reported this week that a lawsuit filed by Las Vegas land gambling giant MGM Resorts against four cyber squatters last month has been expanded to include new court filings and injunctions against six other parties accused of registering poker domains between 2002 and 2005 that usurp MGM Resorts brands.
Las Vegas federal judge Philip Pro has ordered three major domain registrars to place a hold on the following domains: bellagioonlinepoker, circuscircuspoker, excaliburpoker, luxorpoker, mandalaybayonlinepoker, mgmpoker and ariapoker.
In addition, MGM has also requested that the defendants be restrained from using or selling the domains.
