The Russian firm launches versatile new mobile product It seems like a new, strong competitor has joined the mobile gambling market - a Russian company titled Enterra which has launched a flexible new mobile poker offering through its Enterra Poker system. The Barnaul, Russia-based company claims the system introduces a mobile client that supports five popular poker genres, a selection of tournament types and player interaction facilities, and it prides itself on its flexibility, thanks to which it can be used on desktops, notebooks, tablets, Android, iOS, Blackberry and Windows mobile phone systems, without requiring Silverlight, Flash or any technologies other than HTML. Therefore, it is only an Internet connection and a browser that the user needs in order to use the product. According to the company spokesman, "Enterra Poker Mobile is built using the latest HTML5 platform and is available in pure HTML5 and PhoneGap variants in a highly customisable package. "You purchase Enterra Poker software without any royalties or post-sale fees. As game producers we are open to discuss different purchase schemes with you. Once you buy a license for one server installation you will be able to independently run the software on your own server." The product, whose demo version is at present available in the iTunes store and on Facebook through Glamble Poker, has an advanced server backend and 4 different clients – desktop (a standalone Windows application), Flash (used inside a web browser), social network and mobile.
