Poker Encyclopaedia by PKR

The global poker community to benefit from Poker Wiki The latest innovation coming from the UK-based 3D online poker operator PKR involves a new poker community project titled The Poker Wiki, which is designed as a free online poker encyclopaedia, whose content will be contributed by poker players from around the world. The encyclopaedia will be free to use, and it will also allow its users to submit edits and updates and add their own articles, write biographies of their poker careers, articles about their websites, or details of their cardrooms and tournament schedules and results. The Poker Wiki has been developed as a standalone project, even though it is initially a project of PKR, whose media manager Dan Grant specified: “PKR has worked with a team of writers to get The Poker Wiki up and running, but from now on our involvement will be very hands-off. Its future is now in the hands of the poker community who we hope will pick up the baton and contribute content to help create the world's foremost repository for all things related to poker.”
