Black Friday indictees hopeful about the new motion for dismissal of charges
The two processors indicted in the Black Friday enforcement action, John Campos and Chad Elie, seem to have found a new motion to launch for dismissal of charges against them.
It has been reported that the motion will see them present to the jury their claims that poker is a game predominantly of skill and is therefore not an illegal game of chance.
In case the jury decides to accept this argument, which has already been tried before with mixed results, the two may find themselves free.
According to reports, the two processors have filed a motion in limine seeking such an opportunity.
