Allan Le takes the honors The Asian Poker Tour Manila Millions Super High Roller saw its grand finale this week, with lots of big names remaining in the game until the very end when the big main prize went to a Californian pro Allan Le, who scored his biggest win yet. The prize he took home was also the biggest one in the region yet, and amounted to HKD $13,080,000 (around $1.685 million). Some of the famous names among the 30 entrants into the $129,000 buy-in event included Tom Dwan, Phil Ivey, JC Tran, Johnny Chan, Nam Le, John Juanda and Joe Hachem, but none of them made it to the top five. The final table saw Le, Devan Tang, Sun Sheng, Richard Yong and Keith Gipson. In the heads-up, Le encountered fierce Devan Tang, with whom he exchanged the chip lead five or six times before managing to eliminate him. In the end, the runner-up payouts were the following: 2.
