EPT Super High Roller Goes to Bonomo
Young pro wins Euro 1.64 million Apr. 25 was a largely good day for internet and live tourney poker pro Justin Bonomo (26) who on the very date took down the Pokerstars and Monte Carlo European Poker Tour Super High Roller tourney, where he outplayed some impressive opposition. Thanks to the fact that he invested Euro 200,000 in re-entries, he could see his already impressive career earnings boosted by a further Euro 1.64 million, bringing his total live tourney earnings to over $5 million. During the final table he had to face Eugene Katchalov, WSOP champ Jonathan Duhamel, Daniel Negreanu, Tobias Reinkemeier, Bertrand Grospellier, Patrik Antonius and Masa Kagawa. In the heads-up he defeated Tobias Reinkemeier who went home with a nice paycheck of Euro 1,064,000.
