They both started with $75,000 bankrolls, and the stakes were $200/$400. The point was to deprive the opponent from his bankroll. A young German, rUaBot commented with Pokerstars commentator before the match, stating: "Fixed limit is more strategic than no-limit. There is much more space for general strategic adaptations than in no-limit. "Setting up your standard game is pure math. But exploiting your opponent's patterns is an art... and always will be." After the game, which took four hours and 937 hands, Negreanu praised rUaBot as "a young German genius", and rUaBot complimented his opponent, confessing that he had enjoyed a good run of cards when it counted.
