Faster Download on PKR

Download time at the 3D online poker room now as fast as on 2D poker sites The latest novelty from 3D online poker room PKR involves an update of the download process for its software thanks to which players will be able to download and install it up to 8x faster than before. And while the download on a 4 megabyte line used to take between 20 and 25 minutes, it will now only take 5 minutes for a player to get their seat and play at PKR in full 3D, making it comparable to the range of 2D poker downloads on the market. In addition, the new download process facilitates player registration and access to the software, which now requires less than two minutes. According to the company COO Leon Walters, “We wanted to be able to give our players an experience that integrates fast speeds with exceptional levels of quality. With this update, our team has ensured that anyone, anywhere can enjoy the PKR experience without any delays.” He also added that this improvement is only the first of a number of software releases from the poker room that are yet to come in the next few months. These will include tiled tables, new environments and a hand replay tool.
