Update: No More Class Action against FTP

Thanks to a review of the July 31st U.S. Department of Justice settlement with PokerStars, the class action suit against Full Tilt has been withdrawn by legal counsel for the U.S. Full Tilt Poker Player Accountholders, Steven Segal.

It has been underlined by Segal in the court submission that the class recognizes their interests are best served by allowing the agreed settlement to progress without being stalled by their claim.
