FTP to Go Live by November?

The possibility of Full Tilt Poker beginning its operations under new management by November seems more and more likely, judging by the latest news that the company is hiring again, and by player reports that they received emails from the new management seeking to update and verify their account details in preparation for a resumption of operations in early November.

Reportedly, it was stated in the emails that Alderney will no longer be the licensing jurisdiction for Full Tilt, but rather that the verification requests the management made have been made in line with the security requirements for an Isle of Man license.

The emails also assure players that once their accounts have been updated, they will have their balances at their disposal as soon as the operations start, adding the specifics of the information and supporting documents that will be required, and noting players contacted should take advantage of the clearly well-planned pre-launch process.

As for the American FTP players, they still haven’t heard from the DoJ about the reclamation of their account balances, but it has been learned that the Department is currently looking for a third party company to handle the process, which reportedly will involve tens of millions of dollars and over a million players.
