The Danish poker pro Gus "The Great Dane" Hansen earned himself over $900,000 playing at the re-launched Full Tilt Poker site over the past week, thus making an impressive comeback after a recent string of losses.
The top poker pro's activities on the popular website, which is now the part of the Pokerstars Group, cost him $2.6 million on the nosebleed tables since the beginning of November. Therefore, it does not surprise that his latest winnings attracted a lot of positive attention.
Apart from “The Great Dane”, more players came out victorious after the last week's games, including Phil Ivey, French high stakes ace Alex “Alexonmoon” Luneau (earning over $600,000) and US pro Scott Seiver (earning half-a-million dollars), as per the reports published on the High Stakes Database web portal.
