Party Poker’s VIP Award System Updated
The latest novelty in the offering of Bwin.Party Digital Entertainment subsidiary Party Poker involves changes introduced to its VIP programs, which will enter into force on April 1st 2013. Namely, the company will abandon Palladium Elite, the ultimate tier in the program, as well as all bonuses that generate an effective rake-back of 30 percent or more. Informing its players of the VIP program update, the company recommended them to cash in points on the top tier bonuses before March 31, as Palladium will remain open and active until that date. According to a Party Poker spokesman, “We believe the change will allow us to manage our poker room more effectively and ultimately allow for fairer distribution of bonuses across the network." This way the company will focus more on retaining recreational players, and soon enough we may see it boost its software, which should be released around mid-year.
