PokerKings Close Doors to Operation

This week, Pokerkings, an online poker operator on the International Poker Network powered by Boss Media sent a notification to its players and affiliates, informing them that it will shut down on February 28. In line with the shutdown, PokerKings asked its players to clear their accounts before the closure takes place, adding that should they fail to do so, their account balances will be sent to them via the last transaction method that they used. The reasons for the shutdown have not been detailed, and the notification only stated that the company has evaluated its commercial options in view of its resources and the current market, and has decided to "consolidate product development" by closing its doors to operation.
