Event no. 6 of this year's World Series of Poker competition, the $1500 buy-in NLHE Millionaire Maker" event has broken the WSOP attendance record with Day 1A entries topping 3,713 and another 2,630 players joining them on Day 1B.
Many of these 6,343 players are top names of the game, all hoping to get the massive first prize of $1,198,780.
However, many hopes were dashed as just 690 players remained in the game by Day 2, with Scott Clements in the chip lead.
