Ultimate Gaming is known as the one and only legal online poker website running in Nevada with most of it owned by Station Casinos. They've announced as of Thursday that they've successfully completed the state-mandated field trial.
They originally launched on April 30th and started a field trial in order to show that the website is compliant with state regulations in terms of interactive wagering.
Ultimate Gaming said that they've already received an approval from the Gaming Control Board to continue offering real money online poker through its online site UltimatePoker.com.
“We are thrilled that our product is the first to not only meet these standards, but exceed them,” Ultimate Gaming CEO Tobin Prior said in a statement.
Players may engage in online poker cash games legally in Nevada; however players must place wagers via PC or mobile device within Nevada state lines.
